President + CEO
Lora Kellogg is the president & CEO of Curious Jane. She received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing from the University of Florida and is a member of the Forbes Agency Council and the International Franchise Association. She began her career at a national home improvement chain, where she was quickly promoted to Director of Marketing and then to Senior Vice President. After spending a decade working for this large retail company, Lora then started her own advertising agency and began working with franchises. Lora’s expertise is in understanding what it takes for an entrepreneur to grow a business and the challenges many business owners face. For more than 14 years, she has led advertising campaigns and media buying campaigns, market analysis and digital strategies for national brands. She loves building strong relationships, and knowing that franchises are always looking for growth and expansion, she makes it the agency’s number one goal to help them achieve that from the franchisor and franchisee level. She shares with clients that people buy from brands they relate to, like and trust, so she has positioned Curious Jane to be “that brand” as well. In her free time, Lora loves spending time with her family and enjoys the beach.
Director of Media Buying and Digital Planning
Chris Antley is the director of media buying and digital planning, leading our team of media buying experts who plan and budget for multiplatform campaigns, including traditional and digital media. She received a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of North Alabama. With more than seventeen years of media buying experience, she puts a priority on building relationships and in helping co-ops function in an efficient, organized and productive manner. She finds Curious Jane is a true reflection of talent and family, with every team member providing knowledge, experience and expertise that contributes to the success of each campaign for each client. When not at work, Chris enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her family.
Business Development Director
Kevin Brandt is the business development director. He received a bachelor’s degree in business leadership and professionalism from Southeastern University. With more than ten years’ experience in working with franchisees and franchisors, both as a franchise development manager and as a franchise business consultant, he approaches client needs from a unique point of understanding based on history and experience. He loves getting to know clients and sharing strategy and opportunities to help franchisors and franchisees grow their businesses. He believes the collaborative approach at Curious Jane is invaluable and leads to ultimate success for clients. After work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, working out, coaching high school football, being outdoors and visiting college football stadiums across the country.
Director of Web & Digital
Austin Cline is the director of web and digital, leading our team of digital and social campaign managers and strategists. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida and is an experienced front-end web developer and digital campaign manager. He combines his skills in development, design and digital advertising to help lead the team that crafts digital campaigns to meet client goals. He enjoys solving complex problems with creative solutions and is a critical thinker who likes to consider issues from multiple points of view. He is proud of Curious Jane’s collaborative work environment, where everyone brings unique skills that contribute to a project’s success. When not at work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing guitar and rooting for the Bucs and Orioles.
Rowena Dionisio-Connelly is the Art Director, leading our team of graphic designers. She has over 15 years’ experience working in creative departments and has been with Curious Jane for a decade. With expertise in food, retail and hospitality, she has directed award-winning national and international campaigns. With strengths in helping to develop brands and to help express their personalities, she utilizes problem solving strategies to help brands define themselves visually. Ro believes that the collaborative efforts of Curious Jane’s design department produce innovative and modern creative. In her free time, she enjoys sports and spending time with her family and her dogs, whom she affectionately refers to as her fur babies.
Senior Director of Strategic Media
Gordon Sun is the Senior Director of Strategic Media, overseeing the media buying department and being heavily involved with franchise digital strategies. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University and has been working in the field for almost 30 years, with responsibilities including process engineering, managing P&Ls, customer relations, marketing and design. He is a strategic thinker who looks at causes and effects, and he brings his expertise in problem-solving, statistical analysis and continuous improvement of an organization to all his work. Always analyzing ways to effectively increase traffic while working in the confines of an allocated budget, he works with the team to develop and execute multiplatform marketing plans that improve the bottom line. When not at work, Gordon enjoys spending time with his family and driving around in his convertible.
Director of Creative & Client Services
Jennifer Winters is the director of client services, leading our team of account executives, strategists and graphic designers. She received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Washington College and a master’s degree in language education from Indiana University. She spent the first part of her career in nonprofit marketing and public relations and then spent several years in higher education before joining the agency. She believes in providing exemplary customer service and flawless execution, and gets excited about the Curious Jane team coming together to develop creative campaigns and solutions to help franchises grow. A writer and editor at heart, she loves both tiny details and big picture strategy. In her free time, Jennifer appreciates spending time with her husband and two children, reading, playing games and enjoying time outdoors.
